To all Members and Associate Members:
As you may know, the Association has changed its name to the “Hong Kong, China Practical Shooting Association” (“HKCPSA”), with effect from 1 July 2023. Starting from 1 January 2024, clothing worn by HKCPSA competitors at any overseas IPSC match of Level III and above should only bear the new name and/or abbreviation.
When competing in overseas IPSC matches of Level III and above, kindly be reminded that all members must obtain approval from the HKCPSA Regional Director. HKCPSA athletes should compete under the country designation of “HKG”, and the National Anthem Ordinance and Flag and National Emblem Ordinance must be observed at all times.
